Koh Samui

The Procedure

When you arrive in Phuket, Koh Samui and Pattaya you will be greeted by a chauffeur driven luxury car which will take you from the airport to our hotel. After you have had time to relax. We will provide you with an orientation which to introduce you to all the fun leisure activities that are available for you to enjoy during your visit. At your end of the visit we will take you back to airport so that you can safely fly home.

The Itinerary - 7 Day Plan

Day 1: Relax, check into our hotel and receive complimentary orientation to the island

Day 2: Meet our property consultant to schedule a suitable time for a Property Presentation and then enjoy the rest of the day at your own accord.

Day 3: Property Presentation during a complimentary breakfast at our ocean view restaurant.

Day 4: Take rest on the beach, take an island trip or excursion activities.

Day 5: If you have any further question about property purchase in Thailand, Please feel free to come and visit our office. If you decide to buy we will provide with you all the documents that you need to proceed with the purchase of your dream home.

Day 6: At your leisure - make sure you have an enjoyable holiday.

Day 7: We say good buy but hope we can see you soon.

Recommendations

We recommend that you have finance available in the event that you decide to make a reservation on a property. The reservation fee is 250,000 Bhat ($7000), which can be paid by credit card or cash.

The reservation fee is 100% refundable if you decide to change your mind on the purchase of the property.
